Visu Designers main motto is clients satisfaction and make clients feel very comfortable to shop again and again to have beautiful outfits according to their needs.

But keeping some issues rising in general, there is a need to formalise some terms and conditions to make it easier both from the customer side and seller side too….

Please go through the below points before placing any order.
1. Please dont compare the price with any other sellers or price in India. It’s not possible to sell with the prices available in India.
2. All the pictures are taken by the seller without using any filters in cameras.
3. There is a possibility of slight colour variations due to the camera resolutions.
4. It’s not possible to give any guarantee for fabric and texture feel. It depends on the individual’s perception to feel the fabric.
5. Measurements like length and width need to be checked for few ready to wear kids outfits and adult outfits, usually those details are available either in the item description or on the pictures themselves.
6. Damages made during transit and opening the parcel will not be considered as sellers responsibility.
7. Printing issues on the fabric, slight weaving issues will not be considered as defective products.
8. If the given measurements are wrong , it’s not the seller’s responsibility to consider those as fitting issues. However, those can be rectified on request when the buyer is willing to pay full postal charges.
9. Please avoid duplicate questions using whatsapp , please check all the details in the item description, genuine and unexplained questions only please.
10. Item price will be decided based on the quality of the fabric and all other expenses like stitching, shipping etc… Please dont expect the higher and premium quality for less priced items.
11. It’s the client’s responsibility to check the sizes and measurements before placing an order.
